WHAT TYPE OF FILE IS CONSIDERED "PRINT READY"?

Files type must be high resolution. ( At least 300 DPI) PDF, JPEG, if it's a flat file. 

We prefer editable files, such as photoshop (psd) or Illustrator (Ai or EPS).

DO YOU OFFER DESIGN ?

Yes! If you need custom graphic design, fill out a quote request and one of our designers will reach out to get details of the project you are looking to create and give you an accurate quote. 

DO YOU HAVE TEMPLATES FOR PRODUCTS THAT WE CAN USE?

Part of our initial order process is to make sure your files are print quality. We use product specific templates to make sure your product prints correctly. If you want to set up your own artwork, send us an email an we will provide the correct template. 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Order verification, artwork check and packaging. All orders are sent to the print within 24 hours after the order is placed and / or artwork has passed our quality standard checks and is approved for print by customer.

PROCESSING TIMES FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND LARGE ORDERS 

Print time and completion times may vary . Please discuss your deadlines with one of our customer service representatives at the time of placing the order to ensure we can meet your timeline.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.

CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDERS?

Yes! We offer will call and curbside pick up during our regular work hours. Please make arrangements with one of our team members.
