Frequently Asked Questions
Need help? We've got answers.
  • What type of file is considered "Print Ready"?
We recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) in PDF or JPEG format for flat artwork. For best results, editable files like Photoshop (.PSD) or Illustrator (.AI / .EPS) are preferred. Need help? Contact us and we’ll walk you through it.
  • Can I use your templates to set up my own artwork?
Absolutely. We use product-specific templates to ensure everything prints perfectly. If you're creating your own design, email us and we’ll send you the correct template for your product.
  • Do you offer design?
Yes! If you need custom graphic design, just submit a quote request — one of our designers will contact you to discuss your project and provide an accurate quote.
  • What is your processing time?
Orders are typically sent to print within 24 hours after order placement and artwork approval. All files must meet our print quality standards before production begins.
  • What about processing times for large or promotional orders?
Turnaround may vary depending on the item and quantity. If you’re on a tight deadline, please let our team know when placing your order so we can confirm availability. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA via UPS Ground by default. Need it faster? Email us at info@stellagrafx.com for expedited options.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and business checks. Payment is due upon approval of artwork unless otherwise arranged.
  • Is there a minimum order requirement?
Minimums vary by product: T-Shirts: 36-piece minimum Embroidery: 12-piece minimum Business Cards & Banners: No strict minimum, but pricing is most cost-effective in bulk.
  • Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, we provide a digital proof for all custom jobs. Your approval is required before printing begins.
  • Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes! We keep files on record for easy reordering. Just let us know the job name or date, and we’ll get it going.
  • What’s the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing applies ink onto fabric; embroidery uses thread to stitch your design. Embroidery gives a textured, high-end look—perfect for polos, jackets, and hats.
